The Double Cleaner with Studs is a robust cleaning tool specially designed for plansifter sieves without backwire. Engineered to handle coarse mesh openings over 250 microns, this cleaner features molded stud elements that offer strong, consistent cleaning performance—particularly in high-throughput milling environments.
Its triangular design maximizes surface area contact and enables efficient corner, edge, and surface cleaning. Constructed from food-safe polyurethane, the body is tough yet gentle on sieve frames. The cleaner’s dynamic shape and weight ensure strong rotational motion, delivering a powerful knocking and brushing effect across the sieve.
Recommended Use: Works best in sieves with 29–30 mm clearance between the sieve bottom and mesh. Custom sizing available upon request.
