Thread Cones - white and blue

Cone-wound thread, the sewing side of sieve servicing. Fabric sleeves, separator bags, mesh panel hems and cotton pads all need stitching, and mills hold thread stock for on-site repair. Colour is often functional rather than decorative in food plants - a contrasting or detectable thread makes a failed seam visible in product.
