Durable sieve cleaning balls available in multiple sizes and materials. Designed to keep sieves clear of blockages, reduce downtime, and improve processing efficiency.
A completely different cleaning principle from everything above. These balls sit loose in a ball tray beneath the screen deck. As the machine vibrates they bounce and strike the underside of the mesh, knocking out particles wedged in the openings - the trade calls this deblinding. Because they clean by impact rather than by sweeping, they belong to vibrating and tumbler screens and separators rather than to plansifters, though some plansifter suppliers list them too. Hardness is the whole trade-off: harder compounds wear longer but rebound less, so ball selection is a balance between service life and cleaning energy.
